症状
启动Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client，弹出错误提示：
The VPN Service is not available. Exiting.
点击OK后程序退出。无法输入服务器地址。
可能的原因及解决
1. AnyConnect服务没有启动
按说不该发生，但保险起见建议检查一下Windows服务项中的vpnagent服务（显示名称：Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent）是否已经启动，是否自动启动。
2. Windows ICS服务干扰
启动中的Windows ICS (Internet Connection Sharing)服务会导致该症状发生。启动AnyConnect前尝试关闭该服务。在Windows服务项中找到SharedAccess服务（显示名称：Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)）并关闭。
